Mark Pacardo, an insurance advisor licensed with the Insurance Commission of the Philippines and a Branch Manager independently affiliated with FWD Life Insurance Corporation (not an FWD employee), is the personal information controller for this website. Email: [email protected].
Directly from you: your name, email, and mobile number if you provide them, and your answers to the quiz questions about your insurance situation.
The quiz never asks for policy numbers, government IDs, bank details, or medical records. Please don't send those through this site.
To send your results, follow up about a consultation, and prepare for that call, all based on your consent and on providing what you asked for. Your information is never sold or rented to third parties for their own marketing.
Only the providers that make this site and follow-up work possible: HighLevel (CRM and contact records), an email delivery service, Google Calendar and Zoom if you book a call, and regulators or legal advisers where the law requires it. Some of these process data outside the Philippines, including in the US, under their own security commitments.
Contact details and quiz answers are kept only as long as needed to provide the service you asked for, or as long as the law requires, then deleted or anonymised.
Under RA 10173, you can: be informed, access your data, correct it, object to processing or withdraw consent, request erasure, get a portable copy, claim damages for misuse, and complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
Reasonable measures protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, contact us if you believe otherwise so it can be removed.
